The Wash Zone takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items left in the laundry or for any damages caused by the use of our machines. We are also unable to replace lost or stolen cards or funds. We encourage our customers to take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of their belongings. Thank you for your understanding.

  1. Before washing, sort your laundry by color and fabric type--separating whites, darks, and colors to avoid color bleeding, and dividing between heavier fabrics (like jeans and towels) and lighter ones (such as shirts and underwear).

  2. Turn items with prints, delicate fabrics, or dark colors inside out to protect them during washing.

  3. Inspect for loose buttons, open seams, or small tears and repair them to prevent further damage during washing.

  4. Don't forget to empty pockets of any tissues, coins, pens, or other loose sharp objects to prevent damage to your clothes and the machines.

  5. Always check clothing labels for specific washing instructions, noting items needing special care like hand washing or dry cleaning.

  6. Do not overload the machines. Clothes should move freely for effective cleaning.

    Laundry drop-off service saves time by eliminating the need for you to dedicate hours of your day to doing laundry. Our team of trained professionals will handle all aspects of the laundry process, from washing and drying to folding and packaging. This guarantees that you can have fresh and clean laundry for pick-up without having to worry about the labor yourself.
  • How do I prep my laundry for drop-off?
    To ensure we get your clothes, bedding, towels, and rugs back to you safely and securely, please do the following before dropping your items off with our laundry specialists: 1.   • How much are laundry care services?

  • Does The Wash Zone sell laundry supplies (i.e. detergent, fabric softener, etc.?)
    Yes. We have cashless machines on the premises to purchase laundry supplies.
  • Do I need cash to do my laundry using your washers and dryers?
    No. We are a 100% CASHLESS facility. You receive a laundry card that is loadable via machine or through the app.
  • Does The Wash Zone offer 24-hour laundry service?
    We are unable to guarantee, but in many case, The Wash Zone offers 24-hour laundry service for customers who drop off their laundry early in the day. If you drop off your laundry before a 12pm, time, there is a good chance it will be done within the same day. However, if you have a special circumstance, just let us know and we'll see what we can do for you to ensure your beautifully folded laundry is ready as soon as possible. At The Wash Zone, we strive to provide the best wash and fold service available, so you can trust us with your laundry needs.
  • What does 20 pounds (lbs) of laundry look like?
    Typically, 20 lbs of laundry fits comfortably in a laundry bag like the one shown below. Bags are available for purchase at the wash & fold pickup counter.
  • How long do drop off wash and fold services take?
    All wash and fold services for loads between 20-25 lbs. are completed and ready for pick-up within 24 hours.
